{"id":3978,"date":"2024-06-20T11:23:45","date_gmt":"2024-06-20T10:23:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/library.fce.vutbr.cz\/en\/?page_id=3978"},"modified":"2025-12-11T10:04:29","modified_gmt":"2025-12-11T09:04:29","slug":"reservation-of-study-rooms","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/library.fce.vutbr.cz\/en\/reservation-of-study-rooms\/","title":{"rendered":"Reservation of study rooms"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>At the library you can book the private room for individual study and collective study room for tutoring colleagues from lower grades. <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Please book one day in advance according to the calendar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Reservations are available for BUT students and employees.<\/span><\/strong><br data-start=\"539\" data-end=\"542\" \/><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">We can process your reservation only if you provide the university e-mail address (@vutbr.cz, @vut.cz).<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #008000;\">Two study rooms are available:<\/span><\/h5>\n<p><a href=\"#individualnistudovna\">Individual study room A007<\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"#skupinovastudovna\">Collective study room A051<\/a> (next to the chill zone Pokec)<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"individualnistudovna\"><span style=\"color: #008000;\">INDIVIDUAL STUDY ROOM A007<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>The room A007 is designed for 1 to 4 users and is equipped with 2 computers connected to printers in the library and the flipchart. Reservations must be made for a specific date and time, for a specific person and email on the <a href=\"#formularrezervaceindividulanistudovnyKIC\">Individual study room A007 reservation form<\/a>, according to the availability listed on the <a href=\"#kalendarrezervaceindividulanistudovnyKIC\">Individual study room A007 reservation calendar<\/a>. The whiteboard and markers are available. Reserve your stay by specific person and e-mail on the <a href=\"#formularrezervaceskupinovestudovnyKIC\">Collective study room A051 reservation form<\/a> according to the availability listed on the <a href=\"#kalendarrezervaceskupinovestudovnyKIC\">Collective study room A051 reservation calendar<\/a>.
